Florida DUI Laws & Punitive Damages
In Florida, it's illegal to operate a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or higher(0.02% for drivers under 21). But even a BAC below the legal limit can support a DUI accident claim if the driver's impairment contributed to the crash.
